Tried calling ABSA head office - receptionist did not know what ABSA eContract was.
Phoned 08600 08600 - Person did not know what ABSA eContract was told me to phone 0860 007 070
Phoned 0860 007 070 - After following voice prompts an automated message stated that the number has changed to 0860 227 232
Phoned 0860 227 232 - Lady did not know what ABSA eContract is and said she will transfer me to a different department. Listened to music for 5 min - followed a few voice prompts and when I selected to receive support in English - the call was dropped.
