Ive been banking with Capitec for almost 5 years. 2 years ago i apply for a loan and they look at my bank statement and tell me my salary was paid to me from someone working at Autoworld and not from Autoworlds registered account. I leave there and ask Autoworld to please deposit the money from their registered account from then onwards. Then last month i enquire about taking out a loan and im told i cant because i have been registered as working for a company and it will reflect on my ID forever. Please i want this sorted out as Capitec never investigated this and didnt even have the decency to tell me that im apparently a. I want answers and i will close my account and take further steps, even if it means doing it via the media. Thank You for messing up my profile.
