Nedbank has debited my account with R9300.00 without my permission on the 23rd December 2014. Can you believe this a day before Christmas leaving me without money and a debit balance of R1700.00. I contact the card division to find out who deducted the money and the consultant confirm that it was card division. I did not give Nedbank authority to deduct money from my account. I want to know who gave Nedbank the right to deduct money from my account. They have put me thru so much trauma the last few days. I landed up in hospital due to this. I have a daughter that has cancer and a aggressive tumor and a one month old baby. How do they expect me to take care of my family. They are brutial and use than loan. This is so unetical and I wonder how many other clients have they done this too.
I demand my money back.
