I borrowed some money from Nedbank on a Personal loan. On my contract with Nedbank I've asked Nedbank to deduct the money every 28th of every month this is because I only get paid on the 27th of every month. Some month into my loan on the 25th I got a SMS saying something like "please ensure that you have money in your account as there will be a deduction form Nedbank". I thought that this was wrong and just left it, the next day it went off and because I did not get pay yet it bounced with "insufficient funds". After a call this was rectified. Two months after this incident it happened again,? Now December 2014 has been very colourful, my account was deducted on the 12th of December 2014 and the money was refunded 3 days later (After a very eventful phone call to Nedbank). Then on the 27th of December another debit order went off, not as arrange because I arranged for it to go off on the 22nd December 2014. Then on the 29th of December 2014 another debit order went off,? I just got off the phone with Nedbank and I was promised to have the money back into my account tomorrow (seeing is believing!!!).
