Complaint / review text:
I opened a policy on September, refer to policy: 60058010861494. Due to the problem with the Post Office strike I only received my policy schedule early Dec & because of some of the clause in the policy I contacted MM Malau (My Intermediary) to cancel the policy but 1 Jan the debit order still went through.
MM Malau did not advice me fully when taking the policy because I would have not taken it due to some of the exclusions (eg. Paying for someone that passed on an accident while drink & driving)
I need this policy cancelled and my money refunded.
I would also suggest you retrain the Intermediary as she left out important things while assisting me to take the cover,
