Complaint / review text:
Nothing important works. I need to access my account, drug options, etc. And nothing works. Their tech support confirmed this but could give not timeline for a solution.
It is one of the most important sites I need to access and it just does not work.
Molina, please explain why this is so hard for you to fix. Every other website on the planet works better than yours.
