No Payout for a Matured Policy

My mother took an investment policy with Momentum which was scheduled to mature on the 22 December 2014. On the 9th December 2014 she gave them a notice for the policy to be paid out into her account when it matures on the 22 December 2014. No pay out was received on the 22 December and when she followed up they kept giving her excuses that did not make sense to her. I then decided to do follow ups on her behalf. I spoke to Vuyo on the 29 Dec 2014 who promised that the money will be paid within 48 hours but to no avail. On the 2nd Jan 2015 we were told that no units were sold to enable paying out of her policy but promised to expect payment within 48 hours again. On the 5th Jan we spoke to Lerato and Mzee who promised that 80% of the policy will be paid out same day and the rest will follow later as someone within momentum just did not do their job. This morning (8 Jan) I spoke to Lerato who again promised to have the money paid before end of the day. I requested to speak to her manager and was informed they are in a meeting. The number she gave me upon request for their complaints dept turns out to be a fax number and are no longer taking my calls. This is disturbing n disguisting
