Around 15 December 2014, I spoke with Stefanie Martins at Telesure Group Services about my refrigerator that had packed up as a result of the ESKOM power outages (according to a refrigeration technician). As can be expected, I was very upset about the whole incident as Christmas was fast approaching and I would have nowhere to preserve my perishable food. Stefanie was absolutely amazing as she very patiently explained to me what the requirements are for lodging a claim.
What stood out about the service that I received from Stefanie, was that she went the extra mile to check for a store where I could purchase an affordable, quality replacement refrigerator. This gesture was totally unexpected. I was able to purchase a new refrigerator a few days before Christmas as a result of her quick and efficient response and caring support. She further assisted me to update my policy content as well as patiently (VERY) explained how everything works, e. G. Which items should be specified and why. As a result, she is now saving me a few hundred rand monthly which I am naturally ECSTATIC about. Thank you stefanie martins. You are my shero. Keep up the good work.
