For the previous two Complaints logged please see the complaints under my username: So I finally get the form I need to fill in, fill it in and sent it back to Nedbank. The next day I get a call from the courier, go through everything just to be told that my lease agreement with all the leasing agent details is not acceptable as a proof of residence, they only take a Telkom statement, water and lights statements. I told the lady that I do not have a telkom line at the house and that the water and electricity statement goes to the letting agent and has the owner's details on it. "Oh well then you have to go and pick in up at the branch, which branch should we send it to?".
I'n not even phoning Nedbank again, when the the customer department gets this Hello Peter post, please just cancel my card and remove me from any promotional correspondence, please don't phone me?
