At the end of last year I gave Nedbank the original copy of my lease agreement with my tenants. I realized that I need this document back, I have phoned Nedbank 4 times, sent numerous emails, I explained the urgency to the staff, but still I have had no success. This is absolutely shocking! Every single time that I phone, they assure me that they will phone me back as soon as possible, but after a week of struggling, I'm getting fed up! Nebank you are pathetic.
