Complaint / review text:
I tried to buy Prepaid electricity on the Online FNB Banking system. I filled in all the required details - The money was taken out of my account and it said that the procedure was complete. I didn't get a number to insert into the electricity meter so I presumed it would have been done automatically. When I checked my meter I still had no Units. I drove to town and bought more electricity at Spar using the exact same details.
I would appreciate it if someone could kindly tell me what's going on and how I can get the Electricity I've Paid for.
I have the reference number.
