Complaint / review text:
I got 2x platinum credit cards from Nedbank early December. Consultant told me that I will get double points for using the American Express card. All is well. I start using my card (s). Get a call in middle December from Nedbank asking me about my account and the man (didnt get his name) tells me that he can see that I am not registered for Greenbacks and should go into the branch so they can link it AND they should phone them so that they can allocate the points to me on what I have spent. Go to branch today and they have linked it now but everything I spent - I wont get points on. Now how is that? So why was the Greenbacks not linked from the start?
I moved from Standard bank to Nedbank for poor service and now I get this? The consultant, Thandi was great and helpful (I must add) but someone wasnt doing their job.
