About 4 months ago i opened a new Savvy plus account by Nedbank as i had a student card and was no longer a student. Lynette Kimber assisted me with the new card after she helped me with the personal loan i took at the same time. She explained the card to me and said it costs R89 per month and thats all i have to pay except if i go over my limit with withdrawals etc. She also told me about the Greenbacks and that i get points if i swipe my card. Then i said she can open the account. Now about 4 months later Nedbank deducted R204 from my account and on Friday the 9th of January i went to ask what that is for, they told me its the greenbacks annual fee. I told them that no one told me that i was going to pay for Greenbacks, i thought it was part of the R89 you pay for a card as she said everything is included. I requested them to reverse the amount and they said someone will call me. By Monday no one called me so i called them, then they said it will take another day and i also cancelled the greenbacks then. Today the 15 no one called me so i called again and they said the request for the reversal was not submitted... That is pathetic service from Nedbank once again..
