Do not ever change your bank to standard bank

Complaint / review text:
Ive change my bank account to standard bank. I've received the worst service than ever after it taken standard bank 3 months to change my banking now we have noticed that there has been transaction on my account thats not even me. I've logged a complaint with the department only to find out they will let me know by the 9th feb. My question is what must i do regarding money... I have no money in the bank... Why is this bank giving me so much problems... Where must we get money from this is a joint account for me and my husband... Why do you give your new customers so much problems from the beginning and non stopping. Look like you don't need new clients by so far this is the worst dissicion I've ever made to move to Standard bank. Non stopping problems... Im changing once again my bank account
