We have been waiting since 8th october for standard bank to issue a copy of the title dead regarding a sewerage servitude to our conveyancing attorneys. Due to Standard Bank we have lost 3 sales of a property due to their lack of service. This time however, we will be taking this matter further. Standard Bank phone you if your account is R77 overdrawn due to fees yet you have to wait months for them to honor a request. We are at our wits end. You phone the call centre, they refuse to assist as the neighbors bond is not in your name, I urge prospective home owners not to use Standard Bank, we have been told by various conveyancing attorneys that Standard Bank is the worst bank regarding assistance. We have two other accounts with STANDARD BANK and as soon as we receive the payout from our sale we will be closing immediately. Standard bank please do your job so we can close all our accounts.
