Complaint / review text:
I requested the car papers from ABSA for my late father. I did so by email - expecting an email response or phone call. I got NOTHING I phoned after 10 days, to be told the Important documents have been sent to Nedbank in Sandton (why? I was told because that is the only address they find) I asked when they were delivered and to whom. I was told to call the courier company to find out. I did that, only to be told that RONNIE signed for the papers. I called the bank, nobody knows Ronnie. No sign of papers. I call ABSA back, to be told I need to speak to processing, I get put through but there is just no answer. WHO AT ABSA ACTUALLY CARES? Pass the buck because maybe a person will have to work. I would like the papers for the car delivered to me (either found and delivered or re issued and delivered. The bank is responsible for these papers. What is going on...???
