I really cannot understand how employees in this company work.
I have called many times in the last month. I called MiWay last year December to inquire why the premiums just stopped going off my account.
To my surprise the policy was put on hold for 2 months and nobody at miway told me. I never authorised anyone to do so.
When i heard this i felt like losing my mind. This is not the first time this has happened on my policy.
Unfortunately no one got back to me in December 2014 after many efforts of trying to actually fix this.
I spoke to a consultant around the 19th of December explaining my frustration that how can i pay for insurance for 2 years and then all of a sudden they is no cover. She said she would get back to me but she never did.
On the 27th of December my worst fear came to being, when my car got bumped. I did not claim, I went on the website and I sent a complaint on the website
I was assisted by someone called Neo who promised to speak to the technical department and I have trying to do a follow up. The conclusion is that no one seems to care about me as a customer i tried to be patient the world will know about how unfairly customers are treated.
