I would like to register my strong objection to the fact that the bank transferred R936.00 from my current account to my credit card without getting my permission.
I had made arrangement to pay off at R 1000.00 per month (which I have done) Every month I receive a SMS as follows: "
FNB:-) As per our agreement, we are expecting a payment of R1000.00 on 2014/11/30 to your Credit Card. Thank you!"
How is it possible then that the bank transfers without permission???
I have been with FNB since 1999 and think I have conducted the account very well
The bank might have a legal right to do this but morally it is wrong
I have sent 2 emails about this the firdt one through there website and the second to
I have not had a response from them
All this advertising about "how can we help you" is really a joke
