Complaint / review text:
Claim c011510055468 after bad weather a tree was struck by lightning and fell over and was held up by the powerlines. I put in a claim for the tree before it fell over and caused more structural damage. Nedbank sent in incompetant contractor who was more interested in renewing the wall than felling the tree.
I called several time and have sent several emails and complaints.
Today 15 days later the tree is now damaging the wall and dropping the lines.
A consultant by the name of sandra now says the claim is rejected because the tree is old. Are these people mad. Are they qualified to work there?
Nedbank is responsible for all damages and i still dont have a rejection letter.
