I recently decided to switch from another bank to Absa. I went to the branch at Irene Mall to open a new student account. Everyone in the branch was very helpful - the receptionist helped me to print the necessary forms, the branch manager checked in with me twice throughout the time I was there to make sure everything was fine, and the consultant who helped me open the account as well as apply for a student credit card was on top of her game. Thank you so much to everyone at Absa Irene Mall. You made the transition to Absa easy and painless and made me feel welcome and like an appreciated client from the first second. I appreciate all the help and am sure I will stay with Absa forever now.
On the day I opened my account, the Absa "Digital Eagle" happened to be in the branch. He helped me set up my internet banking and explained step by step how everything works. This was very helpful and he was so friendly and willing to assist. I really do appreciate the extra mile you went to to help me get my account set up.
