Please, I beg you guys to withdraw from this school! Financial aid department is the LEAST of your worries when it comes to this school and I'm in the process of withdrawal to go elsewhere. However, I will share my experience with the financial side only for now. I was enrolled with the guarantee that I'd see some form of money within the first week of starting my class. My fiance, who worked in college recruitment several years ago, told me that didn't sound right. I asked my enrollment advisor again to make sure that I heard him correctly and he assured me that I did. I couldn't afford a decent computer at that time and expressed my reasons for not enrolling at that time. I now realize why I was lied to.

Fast forward 2 months. I apply for a small student loan to purchase a laptop. The "military financial advisor" better known as Kimberly the former UOP custodian, informed me, after my NUMEROUS calls and emails that were never returned, that my forms was incomplete. A full week had past without her letting me know this. She told me to fill it out again and email it directly to her so she could make sure there were no mistakes before submitting it. I did. And another week passes. I decided to call her back to get a basic timeframe of when funds would be available only to find out that the form was incorrect again! She sent it without checking it and only realized the error when I called her.

Fast forward 2 additional weeks, a financial manager and new "military financial advisor" later, I still had no answers. No money. And NO patience. I finally reached someone in the call center who cleared up the disbursement issue as well as sent in my attendance to the VA that had been in a holding status for 4 weeks. (He didn't even understand why they did this to me). 2 days later, all issues resolved. Now, a month later and still no returned phone calls from financial advisor, academic advisor, and an instructor who could care less about her job, I am leaving this train wreck of a school. I'll be attending UEK in the fall and couldn't be happier knowing that this diploma mill will not be receiving my money any longer!
