Still no response as from my previous complaint, worst service ever!!!
Below was the complaint:
I did apply for insurance claims on my nedbank personal loan account because i got retrenched and dont have an income anymore. Nobody could help on the call centre, then after a complaint they said i must apply, after waiting for a month and a half, i finally got feedback that my claim was rejected. NOTE, i am retrenched that is why i took insurance, now nedbank is rejecting everything, what is the use of nedbank insurance??? This is worst service ever.
Note, i am retrenched!!! No income!!! No payment!!!
Please get your managers too phone me to get this sorted out. This is unacceptable and unprofessional service from a bank.
