Complaint / review text:
I have lodged a dispute with Nedbank about the money that has been deducted from my account, i was given a dispute form to complete and send it back for investigation and i was told it will take five days, to my suprise when i call Nedbank Mall at Reds in centurion requesting to know the outcomes on my complaint, i am told that the investigations takes 45 days. This complaint has been going on since last year, i never had response to my first complaint, today when i have to get the responde i am told that Mrs Sherly gave me the wrong information about investigation taking five days. Am i gonna get my money back or is this a way Nedbank treats their clients when they have to get their funds back??? Can someone please expedite this matter as i have been waiting since last year and its even more than 45days???
