I must say i have never experienced such terrible customer service before, I have spent the whole day getting the run around and still no resolution! All I needed to do was log a claim to get my windscreen fixed - you would think that this is something minor and simple. I have spoken to 7 different people from various companies (Hollard's supplier, glassfit, compendium and then Hollard direct). I ask you Hollard, is this really the customer service you are giving your clients? I have practically spent my whole day trying to book my car in for something so small and I am still not at the end result. I am actually at the point of giving up - what am I paying for if I cannot log a claim for something so simple? I am utterly shocked at the journey I have experienced today and really did not think that I would get this treatment from a large reputable company such as you! So instead of having this sorted out today and getting my claim number and ordering the glass to be here by this Friday I am delayed until getting my window fixed till Monday. Our safety is now compromised with the cracked windscreen because of the lack of customer service from Hollard.
