Complaint / review text:
Trying to get an old paid up (very small) policy paid out and call centre gives me a total runaround starting by misinformation. Had to send bank statement and ID (never told me had to be stamped by bank), 3 days later they sent mail for that. Another 3 days later they THEN decide my ID does not match (last 3 digits changed). Have been phoning since this morning 8 calls. They were going to phone me back, still waiting.
Ref: 095562114. Cannot get hold of any supervisor/Manager. Ridiculous!
