Complaint / review text:
I have been trying for over 3 days now to get my gym membership re-instated after Momentum Multiply cancelled it. This has been an up-hill battle, simply because I was told that it would be sorted out 3 days ago and nothing has happen. No surprise here. I have been trying for 2 days to get through to Multiply, but with no luck. Either the phone system doesn't ring, or I get cut off as soon as I get through to an operator. Very bad service indeed. I wonder what will happen when I need to claim for anything?
