I went online to send money from my bank account to a friend of mine. The transaction wouldn't even go through.
The screen said to call a customer rep and an 800 number. This guy couldn't even speak English and then told me my account was closed at the customers request. I told him I was the customer and I did not request to close my account. He said there was nothing more he could do.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said that was not possible Once these people ban you, there is no recourse. Obviously they have no idea how much they are hurting themselves but I suppose the USSA government has something to do with it
