Complaint / review text:
I have a platinum cheque card from FNB, and am paying the Platinum monthly service fees, but when i try use the benefits of the platinum card I get turned away and told that I am technically only gold status.
An example of this would be trying to get into the Slow Lounge at OR tambo airport, i got turned away stating that i only fall into the Gold Category.
I would like to please be placed back onto the gold cheque card with the correct fees, please.
I would like someone to contact me in order to do this please?
