It's shocking to compare how much we pay Insurance companies vs the level of service we recieve from them, they act like they do us a favor by ensuring that their fundamental promise, which is to ensure to we will not be inconvinienced at all is met. Nhlanhla Ngwenya handled this claim and he oofered a joke for a service, very incompetent and unprofessional, he still hasnt replied on a mail sent to him in August 2014. Nonetheless I escalated the matter with Regent complaints and I thought I got the right people to drive this and get to an decent solution. The vehicle was taken in to Twin City in vanderbijlpark, the took three days to fix a peeling paint on a bumper and even insunuated that it was a new damage and they are repairing on "Goodwill". No contact is made to advise on the status of the vehicle and Regent is just down right futile in managing this, we cant even get a simple aircon report until March because they want to save costs and want to wait for the report from vw to ascertain if the damage is accident related, they refuse to get a report on the door machanism to get same as the vehicle's window was 100% before the accident. No car for three days, no feedback
