Complaint / review text:
On the 14th January 2015 I made a R1000 payment towards my rcs account using eft. Rcs phoned me and informed me that I did not pay them. They gave their email adress where I can email my proof of payment, which I did more than 4 times. On 17th February I phoned to find out if they have received my proof of payment and the lady assured me that they have received my proof of payment and further assured me that their finance department is handling the matter. To date, my account has not been updated and I keep getting sms's notifying me of non payment.
