Complaint / review text:
My credit card was upgraded and ever since I can't access internet banking, technical problem they told me. After 10 days I haven't receive any feedback. Every time I call, they tell me that they've tried to phone me, but I did not answer - not true!
Do they understand the inconvenience of not having access to internet banking when you run a business and have all you bank accounts linked to this card?
I am considering moving to another bank at this stage, after being a Standard Bank client for more than 25 years.
