Complaint / review text:
I bought a new Vehicle in November 2014 and added it to my existing policy at MiWay. It was sent for the standard inspection, and I received by copy of the certificate, and Electronic Fitment Centre in Hatfield was to send the original to MiWay. During the December holidays I received a sms stating the confirmation of inspection has not been received. I then phoned MiWay and the representative told me to email him the copy and he will promptly update my policy. After 2 week I have not received any reply and email the representative and [email protected] in the hope that this can be sorted. The same representative told me he has not looked at the mail but will do it that same day. He told me that I am not to worry, as the vehicle is fully covered although MiWay's documents clearly states that "Cover is conditional upon the inspection of the vehicle." On 17 February (3 months after my vehicle purchase) I received yet another sms stating that the confirmation of inspection has not been received. This is simply unacceptable.
