Complaint / review text:
I have recently received an amount from family in New Zealand.
I have been informed that I need to call to release the money into my account.
I'm on a prepaid SIM card and uploaded R55 worth of airtime.
I waited for a total of 40 minutes to speak to a consultant.
My airtime is now finished and now am resorting to this complaint in order to resolve my matter.
This is totally unacceptable!
I urgently require these funds to settle an urgent matte
