Complaint / review text:
I went into a capitec branch in walmer park. I updated my address and my new banking details. I provided all the necessary documents, this was in January.
Behold this morning, capitec debits the wrong account and I am told my details were not updated.
What is the purpose of their so called good service if 1 hand doesnt know what the other hand is doing?
I will tell anyone who will listen, to never open a capitec account. I am closing the account that is still open as well as my daughters, and will ensure my entire family move from capitec...
