Debit orders DEDUCTED INCORRECTLY

Complaint / review text:
I have a personal loan with them, agreed and signed to Capitec terms and conditions to have it deducted on 25th. Money was deposited into my account (not my salary) on the 23rd for a specific purpose, Capitec then decided to take my debit order from the money that was deposited into my account for other purposes, never have i agreed to have money taken off my account other than the 25th unless the 25th is a Sunday.

Highly annoyed, and very inconvenienced. Capitec has no idea what trouble i am in because of that money that they decided they are now just going to take whenever they feel like it.
Will be closing my account as service gets worse by the day
