I bought airtime via internet banking yesterday 23/02/2015 for 60 rand but it never came through my phone and I also bough R5 today morning just to check if theres anything wrong with my phone but it never came through. I went to Sandton Nedbank and explained my situation and they told me they are not aware of any technical problems. I also contacted MTN to check with the and they explained that Nedbank notified them that they have technical problems with their internet banking. Nedbank provided me with a REF: 72932622 and advised on 3 to 4 days for feedback which is total nonsense. I want my refund ASAP or My Airtime
