The debit order date for my policy is supposed to be the 29th of the month. MiWay debited my account taday. I then emailed MiWay, and Dibuseng Motaung phoned me back to tell me that it really was MiWay's fault and that they would be re-imbursing my money, but it will only show in my account tomorrow. Dibuseng was very helpful, but I am Infuriated by the fact that I have been inconvenienced by MiWay. They took my money for no reason, now I need to use that money and I can't because my account is negative and I have no money! This is unacceptable. If you are taking out a new policy with MiWay be prepared to be inconvenienced for a day, if MiWay messes up the debit order date and you don't bank with ABSA. This is ridiculous!
