Service received from Lucet who is dealing with the transfer of my pension fund from previous employer to new employer is absolutly disguisting to say the least, after numerous phone calls and eamils to Lucet directly she is just refusing to aknowledge the emails and respond.

I have changed my mind and rather want the funds paid to me in cash because 6months later it has not been transferred yet - all docs and info requested has been sent to Lucet (hoping it will be done within the 7 -10 day turn around time.

I have also asked more than once for her direct line managers contact details but since she doesnt respond to emails i havent received the contact details yet, i will load another HP complaint in 5days time and will do so on all social media so that everyone can be aware of the incompotent service clients are receiving from momentum funds at work staff!
