Complaint / review text:
On Monday 23rd Feb I purchased airtime from my nedbank internet banking app. 2 purchases of R30 MTN and 1 for R29/100MB Data. Nothing had reflected the entire day. The following day i purchased a R10 MTN just to make sure that the problem wasn't me in terms of wrong cellphone numbers etc. I called MTN and they had no receipt of these airtime vouchers. I called Nedbank, was promised a follow up call but they make you wait 3-5 days just for R100. Bottom line, FNB online recharge worked and the MTN prepaid vouchers that you buy from the garages. Nedbank has R100 from me, no matter the amount and has not lived up to their promise of following up or getting back to you. I also lodged a complaint yesterday on their contact form... And guess what... Nothing
