Complaint / review text:
I went to Capitec Bank in lifestyle mall centurion on 25 Feb and was given a bad attitude by Dimakatso.
I went to the bank and told the receptionist that i wanted to transfer money to the other bank. Kabelo gave me a slip number 032 and i waited on the queue or line. My number was called by cashier 1 (Dimakatso) and i approached. Her. She then told me that she never called my number with an attitude. She further told me that i have to go back and get a new number. I asked how come my number is jumped because a number after mine was called (033). She just ignored me not listening to me as i was trying to explain how she called the numbers as she claimed that she only called the numbers with an A at the beginning.
Kabelo came to my rescue, when he investigated about my number, it was picked up that my number was called by cashier 1 which was Dimakatso and she still denied that. She was simply telling me that i was lying.
I need a formal apology from Dimakatso.
