Consult. Who discriminate clients daily due race

Complaint / review text:
I had the most appalling experience yesterday morning at a Capitec branch in Cape Town CBD.
I arrived at the Capitec Strand Concourse branch just after 8am in the morning and was greeted by a consultant by the name of Keshia. She handed me a number 44 and advise me to take a seat so that I could be assisted by the next available agent. I noted that there was nobody seated, meaning, naturally I would be the next person to be assisted.

A minute or two later Keshia, with no explaination, requests me to give her my # 44 back, and she then gives me a # 45. I neglect to question this at the time as I was busy typing on my cell but I notice she gives MY # 44 to a white lady (who only walked in after me) who is automatically called next. I then had to endure waiting for another 10mins for the next available consultant bcoz Keshia obviously thought that the lady was of much more importance than myself.

How dare she!!! Now, not only am I disgusted and enraged by her behaviour but she "attempted" to make me feel inferior to the white lady. I can only imagine what other discriminating behaviour is imposed on other helpless customers.

I suggest u get rid of her, she's bad for business!
