28 January 2015—Investor cannot obtain his Contract Balance, when online—"Contract not found for you" message appears. IT Help is contacted. Ref No. SOP 1600.
Problem persists—IT Help contacted 9 Feb 2015. Same Ref No.
24 Feb.investor unable to obtain Contract Balance, even when calling Landline. Tries to obtain Balance via SMS—as mentioned in Momentum's Investor brochure on Website—3 attempts fail.
25 Feb —Unable to contact Momentum via Telephone—All numbers No answer. However later Investor able to obtain balance, using Cell Phone.
25 Feb 18h00—Log onto website, "No Contract found"—but Website now requests "Contact detail" updatesl After several attempts and "Contact detail" updates, Investor is able to obtain online balance for the first time in February 2015. Congratulations Momentum!
However on 26 February, unable to Log on—"Technical problems" YOU THINK?!!
TELEVISION NEWS BROADCASTS— "ISRAELI CYBER ATTACK ON SA BANKS" —Investor concerned that Momentum was/is being targeted.
