Dissapointed with the service got from the Bank

Complaint / review text:
I logged a complaint on 11 February 2015 in regards to activities that happened in my Capitec Account, I understand that i lost my card, but i was told that the money will not be refunded due to that the original card was used and my card pin was also used. I do not think that its normal for someone to withdraw money from a bank at night after 12. Since the ATM's have camera's please provide me with the videos so that i can see who used my card.
