I had an account with Homechoice that I did not pay well and it was handed to Nimble group for collection, I was called on the 15 January 2015 by a Washiela Jones to settle the account of which I did on the16 January 2015 and sent this person an email requesting a paid up letter. The person responded by saying it takes 21 days for them to issue such a letter. I then called home choice to tell them that I have paid the account in full but waiting for the letter. As a consequence of the delay from Nimble group to send me a paid up letter and communicating with Their client in this case Homechoice to alert them that the account has been settled, Homechoice listed me on ITC for a default after the account has been paid and I have on numerous occasion sent emails to Washila wit no response and the got a response from a Faheema saying she is busy with this matter to resolve and until today I still haven't received any feedback or paid up letter.
