I logged a complaint about the bad attitude I received at Alexandra Pan Africa Mall last week. I was told that some one was going to contact me regarding my complaint. The only thing I got was the email. It said nothing about my complaint. My issues were not addressed all it did was to support what the consultants did and said to me. I have never experienced such a horrible customer service even worse coming from the superiors. I am disappointed. I will not use and support the bank that does not value me. I just feel sorry for all the poor people who experience and still going to experience this service. And be treated with so much disrespect, As much as they think the bank is growing. The attitude that they have towards the customers will soon have a negative impact.
