No assistance on policy

Complaint / review text:
My father (MF Maphatane) has been to your Centurion Office twice to resolve challenges with his policy 46301789 with no success hence this complaint. It is unclear to us why some of his contribution where in arrears because my father paid all contributions. We also fail to understand what Momentum did that resulted in the contributions to reflect on his account. My father was made to understand that his policy was cashed-in due to the arrear contributions. We just need explanations from Momentum explaining actions taken on his account and how it affects him.
