MiWay keeps taking money from our account even though we have left them two months ago.in December they debited about R 5000 extra from us, only returned it to us a month later. This month they have since taken some money as well about R 2500. They are also making enquiries for no reason with Transunion and this has affected and is still affecting our credit scoring.
We have been really patient and really understanding with this, I think this is why they believe they can treat us with such disrespect and disregard.
I called them today to make an appointment, I was holding for no less than 5-8 minutes. I hung up as I need to go out, came back and called them again. This time they answered quite quickly as I told them I do not want to hold for 10 minutes again.
This is really bad, it really feels like once you are with MiWay, you cannot leave. I read one of Hello Peters reports once by complainant who had the same experience as well.
MiWay, what should we do to get good service? Can we leave your company in peace please? Or is this punishment for ever having given you a chance at all?
