Complaint / review text:
I have a loan with Ubank, and I changed my Banking details
I contacted Ubank to please change the details on their side, so that the Debit order could go through as requested
I was told on numerous occasions that this would be done, however it never DID
I then sent through a complaint, I was then told I should make payment for this the first month, then they will change it on their side
Today i received a call from the attorneys, advising me that i have been handed over for not paying my account - not only have i been handed over but interest has been charged to me as well!!!
This is not my fault, I don't see why I should be liable for this
I Have all the emails sent to the call centre advising them that if changes are not made I will not be liable for any extra charges!!!
This needs to be sorted out asap!!!
