Complaint / review text:
I had a salary dispute with my employer when they short paid me. I called FNB Premier Bankers as i am a holder of a Platinum Cheque Account. I needed help because it was too late to inform those that will be debiting my account that there will be insuficient funds. I spoke to Julia to find out how FNB can help me so that my debit orders dont bounce. She was helpful and informed me that she will request it from another department to give me lea-way till the 28th. I am still waiting for my employer to pay in the balance.in the meanwhile, i had enough time to ask friends & family to deposit money into my account so that i dont abuse the grace period FNB has allowed me.
I am foreverforever grateful that i bank with the bank that cares. Thank u for the continued excellent service.
