I wonder if all Nedbank Greenbacks account holders are aware that their Greenbacks are not being allocated to their account. I noticed this about a week ago, as I keep a close eye on my account. I spoke to a Nedbank consultant on the 20th of February 2015, who told me that they are aware of the problem but I need to understand that it's not a Nedbank problem as Greenbacks is a third party supplier. Does it not say NEDBANK Greenbacks and does Nedbank not advertise it as THEIR product. No feedback has been given, it is now one week later. No letter, no email no notification on their website that something is wrong. Nedbank or Greenbacks which ever it is, better make sure every single Greenback point is allocated to my account.
